Bi Carb Soda

Also known as baking soda, bread soda, cooking soda, and bicarbonate of soda. This bi-carb soda does not contain any additives or aluminium. Pharmaceutical grade & food grade.

Sodium bicarbonate is a chemical compound with the formula NaHC03. Obtained from sodium carbonate, water and carbon dioxide. Bi-carb soda is also known as nahcolite, which is part of the natural mineral natron.

Not to be confused with baking powder (which includes cream of tartar). Does not include any additives; and does not contain aluminium
